After receiving the CAD drawings and inspiration photos for this clubhouse, we created some 3D renderings that showed the new building at its best angle. Even though our clients are in Georgia, we were still able to easily work together and adjust the renderings based on their feedback until the final design was perfect. We lowered the roof, added a door, changed glass to screen, showed different color options, added in a sidewalk, changed landscaping–so much is clear once a client can see their vision come to life in a rendering!
