Once we have a signed contract, retainer, and the necessary reference materials, the majority of our projects are completed in 1-4 weeks. Very involved projects can certainly take longer, but those tend to be the exception rather than the rule.
To speed up the time table, read this post on What to Send Us. Related to that is File Formats We Like. We have a big enough team that we can often get started quickly on a project, but having the right documentation makes a big difference in speed.
And remember, proper planning on the front end allows adjustments to be made digitally–instead of manually on the construction site with real materials, often saving you time and money in the long run. We can quickly change out the color of shingles, the stone or siding, the cabinets and furniture, the windows and landscaping–instead of ordering something you end up not liking, creating expensive change orders and construction delays.
