Our client needed help with his proposal for two new student housing buildings and a new student commons building. We did several exterior 3D architectural renderings to assist with visualizing where these buildings would sit in context with the rest of the buildings on campus. Adding in students, landscaping, and various lighting for different times of day is easy in our software and adds an extra level of realism. You may notice some trees are translucent. We do that when our client wants to still be able to clearly see the architecture but be aware of where the landscaping will be.
