Peninsula Place is a multifamily residential development planned for construction in downtown Traverse City, Michigan. It has gone through a number of design iterations to respond to land use complications and other factors. These images represent one such iteration from 2017. The comprehensive project included aerial renderings, exterior visualizations, and detailed floor plan renderings, providing a complete picture of the development for marketing and planning purposes. The project utilized photomatching and photogrammetry techniques to accurately represent the site context and proposed buildings precisely in its planned setting.
