This is the beginning stage of a large project the team took on creating 3D renderings of the site amenities, home exteriors, home interiors, and a drive-through video for a new housing development called Vineyard Ridge. Seen here is the site plan overlaid on the terrain and a screenshot of the software program mapping out the contours. The end result is perfect for all kinds of marketing material for the developer.
