Market Street, Mackinac Island

When he approached us, our client had purchased a site on Market Street where he wanted to build The Mackinac House bed and breakfast. The project entailed a number of steps on our end that you can read about in this series of posts.

The first step in a project like this is what we call “clay renders”. These are just rough images with no materials so our client can make sure that we have modeled the architecture correctly. Once we get sign-off, we move on to adding colors and detail.
