Our client needed a photoreal rendering of this three story apartment complex so they could unveil the project in a presentation at a company event. We started with clay, and worked back and forth with them to add in the exact finishes for things like the brick, roof, landscaping, windows and even the window reflections! It was exactly what they needed to represent this new project accurately.
