This type of architectural rendering gives our client the visualization of the completed house without being distracted by finishes. Our team loved that this house had a unique modern design and features a funicular, a type of cable car. The funicular tracks on the back side of the house go down a steep grade to the water. I’m sure the views from these triangular decks are fantastic! Initially our client just needed this clay rendering, but recently we’ve been asked to add materials to make this a photoreal 3D rendering. Stay tuned!
