This soon-to-be-built hotel sits nearby some private residences. The rendering of the backside depicts the view the neighbors will have. We included the proposed landscaping plan of evergreen and deciduous trees as a privacy barrier for adjacent lots. The front view of the hotel can be used for marketing purposes.
