We built this 3D model from scratch to show what an extensive renovation to an existing apartment complex would look like. In this stage, our client can look closely at architectural features to be sure they are lined up with the remodeling plans. After showing them the clay model we adjusted some canopies and columns before moving on to the next step of adding materials.
