A major renovation is planned for a group of buildings at The Village at Grand Traverse Commons in Traverse City. Part of developing on this land means getting approval from the State Historic Preservation Office, and 3D renderings were the perfect answer to show how the development group wants to convert the previous utility buildings into condos.
