Our client was building spec homes in Northern Michigan and came to us for 3D renderings of what the completed homes would look like. As always, we start with clay models to be sure the design is exactly what the architect intended. After this we added materials in to deliver a photoreal rendering the builder can use in any marketing materials to promote the property.
