Here is a batch of stylistic renders we made for our client who is marketing their new development in the Traverse City area. The aerial shots give a more complete view of what the entire development will look like.  These stylized (non-photoreal) renders are useful for clients who don’t want to get too bogged down with details, who want to save some money, or who just prefer the look to photoreal.
