Rendering of Midtown appears in ad

I was flipping through the latest Northern Express last night and saw a picture I recognized!

midtownad_nthnexpress20091109

It turned out better than I remember it. I think it holds up pretty well next to the photographs on the page.

And here is the original rendering:

midtown

I should mention, this is a proposed building on the Boardman River in downtown Traverse City, MI – part of Tim Burden’s Midtown project.  If you’re interested in the building, give him a call!  If you’re interested in a rendering, call me!

  • That's really cool!!!

I saw the same ad this a.m. and thought wow what a sharp building, when did that get built, and why haven't I seen it? Your renderings are just amazing!

  • Thanks!

John – this is actually the most recent rendering I did for Tim on that site. We did several of varying styles, sizes, price points, etc. for Tim to run past his prospective buyers and see what had most interest.

How did you happen to find my blog?
