I’ve been talking recently with a client who is a salesman for a national window and door manufacturer. In addition to new construction, many of his projects are rehabs or remodels of existing homes and commercial buildings. He expressed that it is often difficult to get a client to buy into a concept merely on his descriptions or sketches. He sent me a photo of one such project today, and described his vision.
